A: You can log onto the Department of Immigration and Naturalization website but you will never speak to a director. You have to go through all their channels, paperwork, letter writing and all the costs or whatever it is that they require for whatever it is that you want to know. There is a phone number that you can call. Anything that is in process will take the time they tell you it will up to the end....believe me I have had to deal with them. Their forms and any service they do will always cost and nothing is done in the local offices anymore. You can't visit without an appointment either, there is strict security and they do all their business in the great state of Texas...wonder why. That is all I can tell you.
